Cory Hope

Cory coordinates the Wellington Fruit and Vege Co-op, supporting a network of 11 coops to deliver more than 1500 fruit and vege packs to whānau throughout Wellington every week. He also supports community composting initiatives with design, training, mentoring and ongoing support.

Cory has a background in process design and quality management, and he is an experienced project manager. He’s a certified soil food-web lab technician and compost maker, and he is qualified in permaculture design. He has put these skills to use in community gardens for decades, applying permaculture principles in an urban context.

He also has a creative bent and in a past life was an international photographer.
